Controlled Substance Act of 1970 has devastated communities across the US. Instead of building a nation with proper services and affordable housing, Congress has spent over $1,000,000,000 dollars fighting the war on drugs. Nat Turner Revolution outlines this atrocity in our Eight Indictments of the US congress

THE EIGHT INDICTMENTS

#1-NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE

US CONGRESS WILL ALLOW 100,000 SOULS TO DIE THIS YEAR.

In a clinical environment, health care and social service providers can:

  • Assess their patients’ living conditions.
  • Determine exactly what type of drugs each patient needs and how much each patient can safely consume.
  •  Inform their patients’ of the dangers certain substances pose to their life.
  • Suggest other alternatives as necessary.
  • Identify the psychosocial mentality of the patients and the underline reason they desire to take dangerous drugs.

Here is why you should make a contribution

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN REPORTED OF A SINGLE OVERDOSE DEATH IN A SUPERVISED INJECTION SITE.

#2 - CHILD ENDANGERMENT

8,986 CHILDREN HAVE OVERDOSED BETWEEN 1999 AND 2016.

  •  Congress inaction on terminating policy that criminalize drug use forces chemically dependent patients to purchase from drug dealers
  • Prohibition enables drug dealers to sell drugs to American children and young adults via motivated profit and addiction.
  • If the demand for dangerous drugs were met in a clinic,  drug dealers would not be able to sell drugs to children on the streets.
  •  Free clinical distribution would prevent exposure to the lifestyle idealized by drug dealers.

Here is why you should make a contribution

BECAUSE HEROIN IS DISTRIBUTED FOR FREE IN THE NETHERLANDS, THERE ARE ZERO OVERDOSES IN THE UNDER 40 AGE POPULATION.

#3 - SOURCE SPREAD OF MASS INCARCERATION

40% OF CRIME IN THE US IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE SALE OF PROHIBITED DRUGS.

  •  The conflict between law enforcement and the African American community started with the criminalization of  drugs.
  • Diverting funds from law enforcement to education- job training and housing would up lift the underserve VS. punishing human beings for a health care matter.
  • Free clinical distribution would help repair the divide between law enforcement and people of color.

Here is why you should make a contribution

THE WAR ON DRUGS IS THE FUNDAMENTAL CAUSE OF MASS INCARCERATION IN THE US.

#4 - ACCESSORY TO ILLEGAL GUN TRAFFICKING

THE INTRINSIC VALUE OF STREET NARCOTICS IS LESS THAN 3 CENTS A DOSE.

  •  One-gram of cocaine costs up to $200.00.
  • Profits from drugs sales fuel the illegal gun trade.
  • Drug dealers use firearms to protect their cash and drugs.
  • Free clinical distribution would lower demand for guns on the street.

Here is why you should make a contribution

WE ARE SAFER WITH LESS ILLEGAL GUNS IN OUR COMMUNITIES.

#5 - AIDING AND ABETTING TERRORISM

FREE CLINICAL DISTRIBUTION = NO FUNDING FOR TERRORISTS.

  •  The Taliban is one of many terrorist organizations producing and selling heroin to US citizens.
  • Terrorist organizations around the world are profiting from criminalized drugs sold on the streets of the US and other countries.
  • These terrorists use these funds to destabilize the US and other civilian populations around the globe.

Here is why you should make a contribution

PROFITS FROM THE ILLEGAL SALE OF HEROIN AND OTHER DRUGS FUNDED THE 9/11 TERRORIST ATTACKS.

#6 - DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE TO HOMELESSNESS

THE US HAS SPENT OVER $1,000,000,000 FIGHTING THE WAR ON DRUGS.

  •  The percentage of Americans using illicit drugs has not changed since the 1920's when prohibition began.
  • 98% of those chronically homeless suffer from a chemical dependency, mental health disorder, or combination of the two.
  • Free clinical distribution will allow physicians to see these patients, know their condition, observe their response to narcotic consumption, and treat them accordingly.

Here is why you should make a contribution

HOMELESSNESS WOULD NOT EXIST IF MONEY ALLOCATED TO CRIMINALIZING DRUGS WAS INSTEAD DIVERTEDTO AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.

#7 - CAUSATION OF IMMINENT THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY

THE US - MEXICO BORDER IS OVERWHELMED BY THE SMUGGLING OF DRUGS, REFUGES, AND CRIMINALS.

  •  According to Congress, some people crossing the border in 2021 have been proven to be on the US terrorism watch list.
  • If the demand for dangerous drugs was met in a clinical environment, drug cartels and gangs would not profit.
  • The US - Mexico border Crisis could be resolved if governments focused on serving marginalized populations in their own country instead of fighting the war on drugs.

Here is why you should make a contribution

DRUG SMUGGLING WOULD NOT EXIST IF DEALERS HAD NO CUSTOMERS TO SELL TO.

#8 - CAUSATION OF PAIN AND SUFFERING

US CONGRESS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAIN & SUFFERING OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS.

  • US Congress continues to support the The US  Controlled Substance Act (CSA) and other codes of the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act.
  • These Acts prohibits physicians from prescribing opiates to ambulatory patients.
  • Drug criminalization allows the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to interfere with the doctor patient relationship, thus interfering with the medical standard of care.
  • Licensed providers are the proper authorities to observe responses to various medication regardless of its status or classification.

Here is why you should make a contribution

UNDER THE 10TH AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION, THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER THE STATES TO REGULATE PHYSICIANS.
